About Me

My name is Meri and I was born in Mostar (in Bosnia and Herzegovina) in 1983 and grew up in the Netherlands. I live happily in Düsseldorf with my husband and children. I have been a passionate artist for almost twenty years.

Abstract art has always fascinated me. When I stand in front of an abstract painting, I imagine countless stories and try to understand the artist's feelings. Many artists paint from their gut, inspired by their surroundings, a smell or a person, but always with a certain feeling. And it's the same with me! My technique arose from a deep feeling that I wanted to bring to the canvas with colors. Every viewer finds their own story in my paintings. My goal is to tell stories and emotions through colors.

I thank you for your support and am happy about every work of art that finds a beautiful home and brings you as much joy as it does me. The colors should fill your rooms with warmth, joy and a certain elegance.
